There is no side in the debate that doesn’t want to change something. I don’t care which side you’re on, but I’m not going to entertain anyone’s opinion who doesn’t have a financial stake in it.

Even if traders had an opinion on the technical design of bitcoin (which I doubt they do), even they have some semblance of a financial stake in its future, at least to the extent that its technical design affects their ability to profit from it.
