What's the attraction with fried green tomatoes? It's not something done here in Australia, but I've always wanted to try it.

I had a mishap with one of my tomato plants and had to harvest 3 good sized green tomatoes.

I decided to ferment then song with some cucumbers, jalapenos, onions and green beans.

It's my first time fermenting, hopefully it turns out well.

I've never tried fried green tomatoes. I should try it sometime

My taste buds should have been born in some southern state in the US. There are definitely people who don’t love them here
