Basically any books that have been banned in schools across the country. Some places are reverting to neo-Puritanism and that’s not going to fly in a world where information wants to be free.

I think this is more in response to porn being allowed in schools. Information isn't being suppressed. Porn is, which I'm fine with.

Except that much of what school boards have been removing is questionable and subjective, and they’re using β€œBut think of the children!” as their reason.

Yeah, once again, that's not why a library in New York is doing that. I don't think anything should be banned, but it's objectively morally wrong to subject kids to sexual content.

What you’re calling porn is the same sex education materials thats been in health materials for years…the only difference is that it’s being extended to cover same sex relationships…not sure why that makes people uncomfortable, but it does

Have you seen the contents of said books? It's not the same stuff. There's pictures of literal dick sucking and ass play. In elementary school. I'm not gonna argue with ya about it.

Yet you just did…without supporting your opinion with evidence. Btw illustrations of commonplace sexual activity aren’t considered pornography and were in this book I had as a child
