I had a client shouting at me for 30m about not being able to do a purchase since she refuses to use the system implemented by my organisation.... she wants us to give her an alternative, just for her. She wants what she wants, and what she wants. And I am mean and horrible because I said if she refuses to use our way there's not much I can do. She made a claim, btw, while taking with me ...lol
