I keep catching wind of serious drama on bluesky with people apparently freaking out about lack of moderation and what more can be done yet here I am on Nostr, basically completely unfiltered and yet everything is rather chill. I do a touch of due diligence to ensure someone I follow isn’t unhinged and I’ve blocked maybe a few obvious bots of the spammy kind but otherwise it has been great and largely wholesome. What gives? I think they honestly must just love the drama and self importance of censorship enforcement on others and that stirs up more of the same. What a bizarre and fascinating natural experiment
