We do it renegade style lol
We just invite small biz folks to participate regardless if they take bitcoin. Most do cash and some do online pmts / cards. The two points we emphasize is that we're not tied with any state nonsense/we don't charge, and they can sell whatever they want as long as it's zero aggression.
Been pretty cool to see the occasional nostr person show up and buy some of my meat treats with btc, and connect with local crafters and small biz ppl. But now it's almost winter so these things move indoors, but other markets in my area are statist, charge astronomy fees, want you to use Instawhore or Fartbook to communicate with them, and almost all of their market's visitors use cards to buy goods 🤮
I'd love to set something up where it's all just bitcoin vendors, but I'm sure in my metro area, we're few and far between.
How do you decide where to do them? Random parking lots, nearby main roads, etc?

We're lucky! We held them at the lot of a muffler shop that one of our members owns.
But networking helps...
Awesome haha super cool
