The cold inside me, this stretched thin membrane of pain wraps me up is a pale tangle of agony.

My teeth are screaming pain around my empty noggin like an empty concrete chamber, ringing in my ears and piercing every thought until it sags like an old balloon, all air leaked out through microscopic holes.

And my body feels constantly cold, even wrapped in a duvet the cold stabs at me, everything is pain.

IDK what to do at this point. Not gonna get any work done with this pain, and nfi how to make this pain and cold go away.

Maybe total fast, water only, and lay here wrapped in the duvet until this agony fades enough I can hold a thought long enough to do something useful with it.
