Sometimes Safari doesn't work well with the Nests so if you happen to be using that browser, maybe give chrome or something else a try

Edge works well for me. Not the most private thing in the world 🤣 but maybe just for a nest?

Think it was issue with the reception near the mine. Some rough patches at work.
