actually the US treasury doesn't control the issuance.

The fedreal reserve creates treasury bonds, and then the us treasury lets out the money, but they don't control it. they're just borrowing it from the fed.

which is not a govt agency, but a cartel of private bankers, in total control and collusion of the monetary system.
