Picked up a standing desk and a walking treadmill and so far its a success. 4k steps this morning while getting work done.

Likely doing another session this afternoon.

Before getting 8k steps was a struggle BC I'd have to cram in 6k steps at like 8 pm.

This may be a game changer

This has already been my easiest diet ever, def gonna reach new lows.

Its simple: lean meat, eggs and fish oil until you reach protein and fat targets then the rest is 0.3cal/gram veggies

And sunbath when you can
