I had a cheese intolerant at a pizza party. Ffs.
It's kinda funny. π
American wheat has hella glyphosate and gluten. It was originally used to kill pests but then they started using as a desiccant. They soak that shit in round up. I can eat a whole basket of bread elsewhere with no problem but a single slice in the states gives me bloating and heartburn.
Pro tip: if eating Ethiopian, ask for 100% teff or gluten free injera. It has no wheat.

Because only a small proportion of those were eating highly processed fiber free and grain free bread.
And what was average life expectancy for most of those 5000 years? Maybe the gluten intolerants just died early...

Everyone saying glyphosate is correct ALSO the recipe has been drastically modified. This is the ingredient list on a box of Bisquick, it used to be just flour and baking powder. Now it reads like a list of poisons. 
Oh yeah and you can ferment like sour dough to make it better. I think thatβs what people did for a long time.
