i couldn't even find Nigeria on the map of Africa but there are more black babies born in Nigeria alone than there are white babies born in all of European Union

technically under real Libertarianism you would be able to build your own PRIVATE white cities and government wouldn't be able to tell you to let any black people in ... but we all know this isn't going to happen - government will issue diversity quotas for your private city and it will be something like no more than 5% whites.
