New version of lnd (v0.19) looks pretty cool but it's a huge update so I would wait a few months before upgrading if you have a decent amount of coins on your node

Running it since RC3 and everything worked fine, I recommend to upgrade or wait for v0.19.1 which will bring some improvements and bug fixes.
