Seems no one really knows if a relay is good or not. What is a good relay anyway?

Well, to me a good free relay is one that:
- has a descent uptime
- responds to most requests in a timely manner
- supports events like zaps, labels etc.
Additionally it could be something a lot of people use and it's there for some time already.
