I feel this is an appropriate time to compliment another man on his meat and encourage him to take his time and rub it real good.

Thank you, easter is the last โ€œprime rib holiday til thanks giving. I try and get a few at this time to set us up for the summer. The secret is the hys salt. Every cut gets salted before its put in the freezer. Then salted again before its cooked.

I aged one for 28 days. Delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹

Thanks V, they are on sale after easter so i fill the freezer for the summer.
