If they were published and need a deletion event to be rid of them, then no, you can't truly delete drafts either.

Wish Amethyst had a setting to turn drafts off.

Losing posts to crashes wasn't fun, I admit, and ppl complained until drafts were added - but posting half-finished draft thoughts is embarrassing, I'd actually like to have an option to turn it off.

Drafts are encrypted and sent to your private relays. No one else sees them. It's like gmail drafts.
