According to chrononutrition, taking a nap within one hour between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. is considered optimal for hormone secretion, as it doesn’t interfere with melatonin production. Interestingly, a core sleep approach like this was reportedly used by Cristiano Ronaldo in the past as well.🤔⚽️
