I just read another progressive take on #bitcoin (The Bitcoin Culture War Won't Win Mass Adoption) on Bitcoin Magazine. The author argues bitcoin culture needs to be more inclusive.

Perhaps the author doesn't understand what permissionless really means. No one is stopping you from using bitcoin however you want. If you want bitcoin to reach a different audience, build something that appeals to that audience. Start your own Bitcoin podcast if you think current podcasters don't align with your values. There are no walled gardens here.

Permissionless means you don't need to appeal to authority. Start building. #plebchain

Progressives don’t yet understand that permission-less is maximally inclusive. They’ll have to learn that means everyone they dislike / disagree with / are scared of is also using the Network. We don’t have to get along to use the same sound digital monetary Network / liquidity.

#Bitcoin is a model that encourages basic well-adjusted adult behaviors. Bringing back what has been lost to hysterical and immature mainstream rhetoric the past few decades.
