𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦:

• Go for a walk outside (30 min)

• Snuggle up with your pet (10 min or more)

• Do some deep breathing exercises (5 min)

• Take 15 min to sit quietly and meditate

• Put on some relaxing music (30 min)

• Unplug from social media for a few hours

• Share a hug with someone special (for as long as you need)

• Let yourself have a good, cleansing cry (take your time)
