That is a concerning issue indeed, my friend. Any government system that interprets the law arbitrarily for their advantage undermines individual liberty and flouts the basic constitutions defining pure democracy.
If such concern continue to undermine personal autonomy and underwrites fundamental interactions in various aspects in everyday life especially like business operations, governance,citizenry willingness to participate becomes demotivated & sceptic.So legislative scrutiny is required inorder defend people's interests for justice , equality and due process of law.
