Not necessarily. It's a payment channel network built on Bitcoin. It helps with sender privacy but not receiver privacy, especially if the receiver is a custodial wallet like Primal.

I remember multiple online comments to the effect of LN acting like a coin mixer.

Also, what zap receiver solution do you use?

I know no working BOLT12 implementations for lightweight setups. Do you run your own LN node?
