I basically create two versions - one for YouTube with sponsorships and ads, and another on my website - value for value - without all that crap. There's an RSS feed too for convenience.

Have you been using Flare? I like it, but find it clunky and it never shows the view count correctly, which makes it hard to know whether it's worth my time at the moment.
