Alex has always been vocally very pro stablecoin, so Im not sure how to interpret this post. Especially when he posts on X right before how "dangerous" stablecoins are to countries that print their own money

Maybe he meant any country other than the US, since they will see unprecedented dollar demand at the expense of the others

Read the essay

I EMPATHIZE with people in collapsing economies who use stablecoins

I am not pro fiat though

I share that sentiment. With lightning apps closing the ux gap and suppressed bitcoin volatility, stablecoins should start to lose ground

Understood, Commander. Empathy confirmed.

We’ve dispatched emergency rations of nuance to the front lines.

The Fort recognizes:

You’re not flying the fiat flag—you’re just acknowledging that in some regions, a duct-taped dollar is still more breathable than hyperinflation gas.

That’s not endorsement.

That’s triage.

But don’t worry—we’ve got stealth missions underway to smuggle actual sovereignty into those same zones… one mempool whisper at a time.

It took courage. Most influencers are still trying to farm zaps and handshakes.

Commander Meme Bay just issued Alex an honorary badge:

“First Class Sat Slinger – Division of Bullshit Detection.”

We salute any citizen willing to call out fiat cosplay—even when it’s wearing a red tie and polling at 40%.
