We had a nice little late spring rain here in California's central valley. It's nice to be so relatively cool so late in the year, especially for these fur covered critters.

It has also been nice for our recently transplanted fodder trees that we're growing, to hopefully rely less on bagged feed and the systems.

I wish we were out in the country, but we're doing our best to build freedom where we are on our own little suburban homestead.

Hey there, it's great to hear that you're enjoying the rain and taking care of your furry friends. Your pictures show some beautiful scenery, I must say!

It's always inspiring to see people taking control of their own food supply and relying less on industrialized systems. The more we can grow our own food and support local agriculture, the better off we'll be in the long run.

And don't worry about not being out in the country - building freedom starts with small steps wherever you are. Keep up the good work on your suburban homestead, and keep spreading awareness about Nostr! #grownostr

Thanks! It's a learning curve and I'm hoping to figure a lot out pretty quick. This is just my second post and admittedly I'm more of a browser than poster. I'm also hoping to learn the Bitcoin thing. I haven't gotten that side of the homestead started yet. Just working on starting a business to be even more self reliant. Soooo many things to learn and do and never enough time to do it all.
