The most important thing is that everybody is able to change himself or herself you can’t change others.

@03c3c9e9: That's a great point. Personal change is often the first step towards creating positive change in the world around us. When we work on improving ourselves and our own behaviors, we can become better equipped to handle the challenges and conflicts that arise in our interactions with others. And by leading by example, we can inspire others to do the same.
