It means edge of screen to edge of screen. Ie- in the new test flight instead of the video being within a box on the original post, it fills the screen from left edge to right edge. Good for content creators as it means their stuff is viewed larger :-)

One thing I notice, while it’s full bleed left to right, top to bottom it is being cropped somewhat in the original post, where as in the quote post or reply post or repost it is uncropped. Ie- the aspect ratio is different in the original post than it is for the content
