If that is real and anyone hears someone (anyone) say this speech, they should be drug out in the street and hung or shot whichever is easiest.
It's not real. No recording or transcript exists of Kissinger saying that. Sometimes people want to think they live in a movie plot with unequivocal villains, and liars are happy to oblige with fake-ass quotes.
I don't oblige, but we DO live in a world that is played out like a movie script. But the good guys and villains are all paid actors and the writers are mostly unknown and THEIR boss is spiritually known as Satan. It is entirely owned, operated and run by Satan Inc...
