That's another thing about Tornadoes. Sometimes they'll hit your next door neighbor and skip over you. Sometimes the survivors feel guilty like why did their house deserve to get hit more than yours?
But the reality is that it isn't based on merit. Tornadoes are just psychotic like that.
I’m just stuck in the house right now because they’ve asked for the roads to be kept clear for emergency services. Just so many sirens. Fortunately everyone in my family is safe. My sister is working at the hospital. They’re prepped for a mass casualty event. But last check people were still slow to arrive due to lack of ambulances and roads blocked by down trees. I’ve had and have plenty of struggles so I’ll count this blessing and help my neighbors as I’m able.
