hypothetically, someone has 1 bitcoin in self custody (half onchain, half on phoenix lightning), bought from Strike (ie. doxxid), no full node

what are the next steps for this person to protect the funds and create plausible deniability?

I think the best thing anyone can do is just do their own research right now.
