Fdroid is automated. But it's not happy with app size and proprietary dependencies. 🫤
I'm just downloading it directly from Github. Haha. Takes forever for fdroid to sign new versions.

yeh might need to start doing that
I use an RSS reader like Read You, take the release page kink and add .atom to the end of it. It'll notify you when a new entry is made
