Suggestion: Show community members. On the clients I've tested, none show this.
I've been thinking about this, it shouldn't be hard to show ever user who has the community in their "communities" list. although showing every user who has posted to the community would be difficult
either way I'm going to going to add something like this, just need to wrap up a few other things before I get back to work on the community feature

Other thing, after click on "Communities" sometimes get an error
"Something went wrong padded hex string expected, got unpadded hex of length 63"
Ive got this patched in the alpha version ( next.nostrudel.ninja ) but I cant figure out what community has an invalid npub or field.

I like the idea of having the communities your part of in the kind 3 contacts list. although I think most clients use the kind 30001 lists with the name "communities"
I don't think there is a "correct" way right now, I think most clients have just been copying each other
