I only make a few meals but I do each 10/10.
1. Jambalaya
2. Steak
3. Neapolitan style pizza
4. Risotto
5. Omelettes
I will make any of these for you on the following conditions.
1. The steak must be medium rare
2. The pizza has to have toppings (no cheese unless you’re under 10)
3. And the jambalaya is spicy AF

The not so secret ingredient is ghost pepper
I've never had ghost pepper. I'm at habanero level on my spice journey.
It’s got a better flavor but obviously much much spicier.
