The slug is gross, but the others were fun to look at through the magnifying lens.

i will pass on the slugs. i am no fan of slithering slimy creatures, not even for science.
Same. The kid asked what they ate...I told him salt... In the end I gave the slug a piece of lettuce and did not let the kid feed him salt.
