those conical towers at the corner like that is a classic romanian architectural thing, always looks spooky, it's like insta-horror-movie-vibes.
although, in fact most small towns in romania don't have many buildings like this, they do this style that is more similar to hungarian, little low flat boxes with lots molded stuff and almost always the year of construction (idk why everyone doesn't do that ffs wth).
