what worked to me was to care only about things you can control, don't worry about things you can't change.

and I know, it isn't easy to take control of your thoughts, You'll learn how to do it by exercising your mind.

if it is more hard than you can handle, ask for help, DON'T LOOSE TO ANXIETY LIKE ME.

everything will calm down, I'm pretty much better than i was 1 year ago, you'll get over it!!!
