Who benefits most from 'terrorism'? The governments. They are the terrorists. "Terrorism" always leads to more restrictions on the general population and more power for the state.
I consider that a good enough reason to believe it is orchestrated and/or facilitated internally by state actors.

I 100% believe that all acts of terrorism are committed by agents/assets of the state.
“Terrorism” is only one of the tools used to take power and wealth from the people. Other tools used recently are “pandemic” and “climate change”. And war, of course.
However, after looking at the big picture and connecting a lot of dots, it’s clear that governments are also only tools. The actual people behind the world events belong to shadow governments and secret societies. This has been going on for hundreds, even thousands of years.
I agree. The government exercises its power over the population, but they have their 'rulers', too.
