That would be great. It would change my impression of unagi rice. I was full of expectations for unagi rice until I tried it once in Tokyo and found it too sweet, and I'm not a big fan of dishes that are too sweet. The eel rice I saw in EVA always thought it was the spicy taste of barbecue. 😋 At last, I fell in love with saury and found it delicious everywhere.
