As someone who is building my own client, which has only been adopted by me and my girlfriend although it has many of features other clients have, I’m just building for the sake of building right now - maybe in the future there will be some opportunity to get paid but right now I don’t see a way besides zapping, apps taking 1% of each zap and donations / funding from orgs
