This is one of my goals for this summer is to learn to make bread the old fashioned way. Looks delicious! What kind are these loaves?
They're just plain flour and yeast, (not sourdough). My father-in-laws old recipe. He was a bread making enthusiast. We make all our own bread, it's not till you eat home-made bread that you realise how bad commercial bread is.
