Futurebit has terrible customer service. I purchased an Apollo2 on Friday. The order went through but then got canceled while my bitcoin payment was pending confirmation (took a couple hours). But it did get confirmed. I’ve been texting and emailing explaining this, they’re very slow to respond and will not let me know if/when my order will be reinstated. Very frustrating.
