TPU may be the future of bike tubes, but there is one thing I did not realized. The material is stiffer, if you insert them twisted, they won't untwist themselves as it usually happens with butyl tubes. And once they are inflated while twisted they are damaged with no repair.

So, I damaged two new ultralight tpu tubes, the last one is in my bike now and may last a long time, but I am out of budget for more tpu tubes, so for my spare tubes, butyl tubes it is for now.
