Germany 🇩🇪: Authorities in the city of Hanover plan to have the city center “almost car-free” by 2030.

Mayor Belit Onay (Green Party) presented plans for a virtually car-free center.

Most streets in the city center will be closed to car traffic and only authorized vehicles such as public services and bicycles will be allowed to travel in the city center according to the mayor's plans.

Isn't it a crazy coincidence this is happening at the exact same time as ULEZ is being expanded across the UK... almost as if there is some higher agenda at play... most vital detail here to me is only authorised vehicles will be permitted in or out. Literally a prison.

(ULEZ = fines for driving a car that isn't "eco friendly" enough.)
