Probably Blade Runner 2049. How it explored the themes of what it means to have a soul, the consequences of abusing intelligent life (artificially created or not), and humanity was very interesting. One particular aspect I found very interesting was how the replicant characters seemed to have more humanity than the human characters, and how many of the human characters seemed to have completely disconnected from all moral standards.

If that one hit you, I highly recommend reading more of Philip K Dick's books, as well as any other films based on his work. Several of his works have been adapted to the screen, but that's just the tip of the ice berg. Dude was an obsessive compulsive writer and cranked out a lot of material.

I've only read two of his works: "The Minority Report" and "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?"
