I think, people sometimes shut themselves off, leaving little room for passion or a clear path forward. Us hoomans are complicated beings. Even if we want to help or contribute by offering knowledge, support or presence, the other person has to be the one who opens and walks through the door, and discover their purpose and hope. Whether the person is open to the idea of Bitcoin and finds purpose in it, will be entirely up to them.
