What is the DAW you're using btw? Reaper? When I do get a new laptop (god knows when) think I'm going to avoid any cracked shite, Ableton is too buggy for me (again could be my laptop being on its last legs).

I know reaper is technically not free, but honestly payment.

There's also that open source LMMS daw I'd like to try. Might miss some albton fictions but tbh I won't miss the bugs lol

They have a free tier I think. It is about $500with a year of updates
