Should be entirely possible. I don't know of any tools that have that option for a search criteria though. Primal's advanced search is the most robust, but doesn't include that option.
Yeah primals ability is pretty good. I wish damus could bring some of those features
Primal's ability to have such a robust advanced search is largely due to their caching relay, which is divergence from the ethos of keeping things decentralized on Nostr. Damus is unlikely to follow suit, since they fundamentally disagree with this kind of centralization.

Would be helpful to know which app you are asking about? Each app is different. Nostr, at a protocol level, does support this, but each app displays differently or doesn't display it at all. if you use nostrudel, you can find it in profile -> reactions. Remember that you can use as many apps as you want, everything is portable.
Yes understood. I am asking for all and any apps. I just want to find those comments.
