Unfortunately, primal still doesn’t support NIP-42 authentication so filter does not work at all. They are one of the only clients that doesn’t support this.
In addition, primal doesn’t read from your relays anyway, only their caching layer so the use would be limited anyway.
I haven’t generally been using Primal but seems they are implementing some interesting features so I’ve been looking at it more closely.
