I heard about the million sat zaps. What is the max zap size on wallet of satoshi connected accounts? Isn't it the size of the channel on the lighting node?

Yeah AFAIK channel capacity is the only limiting factor there.

Not really, there is MPP, multi-path payments. So a payment can be routed via multiple paths using different channels.
