Mm, we do not need another protocol.
We do need platforms that make use of protocols. Which, is on my roadmap.
I would imagine that an open standard by which participants leverage personal WOT scores to determine the rules by which a bounty will be awarded requires no platform. A client to interact with such a standard would be better than a platform making use of a protocol, the way I'm thinking about it.
