A video-only client is absolutely needed. Amethyst can only do a half-way-decent job at this. The new client can even use the vertical video event kind from flare.pub

People like to add their own "flare" to common memes and videos out there. The "title" does just that.
what do you mean by adding a title? For the person posting the video?
